  • Manage progress reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for owner occupancy.
  • Oversight of the start-up and commissioning process.
  • Closure of all permits upon project completion.
  • Supply of all necessary close-out documents.
  • Assistance with move-in requirements.
  • Handling of final accounting, invoices, and payment applications.
