- Oversee the acquisition of owner-provided furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
- Ensure quality through stringent QA/QC measures.
- Facilitate meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
- Supervise vendors and coordinate field activities as needed.
- Conduct site inspections by our team.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate cost changes.
- Manage progress reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, and payments.
- Ensure a smooth transition for owner occupancy.
- Oversee the start-up and commissioning process.
- Closure of all permits upon project completion.
- Provide all necessary close-out documents.
- Assist with move-in requirements.
- Handle final accounting, invoices, and payment applications.
