CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

    • Monitor and adjust cash flow and budget.
    • Evaluate and track the project schedule.
    • Select and qualify vendors.
    • Oversee the acquisition of owner-provided furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
    • Ensure quality through stringent QA/QC measures.
    • Facilitate meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
    • Supervise vendors and coordinate field activities as needed.
    • Conduct site inspections by our team.
    • Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements.
    • Negotiate cost changes.
    • Manage progress reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, and payments.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for owner occupancy.
    • Oversee the start-up and commissioning process.
    • Closure of all permits upon project completion.
    • Provide all necessary close-out documents.
    • Assist with move-in requirements.
    • Handle final accounting, invoices, and payment applications.
